1.) Schedule a date and time for your virtual consultation & site visit.

2.) Send you our remote design contract.

3.) Collect your remote consultation deposit.

Next we will schedule a 60-90 minute consultation and site visit where we will walk through your space, record measurements and discuss your design struggles in further detail.

This meeting will help us lay the necessary groundwork to develop a plan on how we can help lighten your load.

The project deliverables will depend on your personal scope and your unique needs.

We may be working with your builder, architect or other project partners to develop a plan of action.

After the on-site consultation will will follow up with meeting notes and a flat rate cost for your desired scope.

Once you’ve signed the remote design contract and the design deposit has been received, we will begin working on your deliverables.

2.) Send you our design contract.

3.) Collect your on site consultation deposit.

Next we will schedule a 60-90 minute on-site consultation where we will walk through your space, record measurements and take inventory of what you may want to keep or change out.

If you would like us to arrange for a “Trade Day” with your key project partners we would be happy to facilitate that.

After the on-site consultation will will follow up with meeting notes, an hourly estimate per room and a furnishing estimate per room.

Once your signed contract and retainer deposit is received, we will begin the schematic design process.

Now that site measurements have been taken we start the design phase by creating suggested floor plans and furniture layouts, as well as an overall creative direction.

Client sign off is required to proceed to Design Development.

This is when the bulk of the design work will take place. This phase is equal parts creative and technical and will span several weeks.

Once we’re aligned on the approach, we will begin sourcing specific furnishings, textiles, fixtures and more.

Our process includes research, ordering samples/materials, vendor communication, and budget development & refinement.

We allow up to 2 revisions (3 presentations) to ensure you are thrilled with the end result.

Now that the design has been finalized and the furniture procurement agreement has been signed, we will collect payment and place orders for all products.

You can relax while we coordinate with vendors on status updates and troubleshoot any issues that may arise along the way.

Once we receive all your products we will consult with you to schedule white glove delivery and installation.

We will deliver and assemble your furniture and style your home all for your big reveal.

After which we will leave you with a beautifully curated space for you to enjoy!

If there are any deficiencies we will compile a list and determine a resolution and timeline.

After which we will provide you with a final invoice and apply your design deposit.

You will also be gifted a thumb drive with all your design documents.
